Do you allow pets?

We have a strict no-pets policy.

What are your house rules?
  1. Guest is required to sign a Renter Agreement. Renter Agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking, with full contact information for compliance reasons. For reservations made less than 48 hours before check-in, the rental agreement must be signed within 4 hours.
  2. Good Housekeeping deposit required of up to €500. Deposit to be processed by host on Guest's credit card.
  3. Up to six people permitted
  4. No People allowed on Juliet Balcony
  5. No Smoking, No Parties
  6. Please leave our house as you would if you were staying with friends
  7. Be a good neighbour! Respect the quiet times of 11pm to 8am.
  8. Must be 25 years of age to rent
